The summer skincare dream for many is skin that is tanned and glowing, no sight of the dryness that often appears in colder weather and skin looks alive and rested.

And remember the only safe tan is a fake tan!

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Of course, in the summer time as we are sweating more and we are likely to be exercising more it is super important to restore our hydration levels by drinking more water. Set yourself a hydration
challenge where you aim to drink at least 2 litres of water a day. This helps with your overall health and will be seen in your skin health also.

If your skin is dehydrated you may notice it feeling tight, crepe like, notice more lines and wrinkles or even have breakouts where you normally wouldn’t. The best way to hydrate your skin is to apply a hydrating serum like a hyaluronic acid serum. HA holds up to 1000 times its own weight in water and is perfect to be used for all skin types twice a day under your moisturiser or SPF.
