During these unprecedented times regular delivery schedules may be interrupted.  We will continue shipping our online orders regularly and most importantly adhere to all Government Guidelines.

Track My Order

Products ordered to be delivered to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom are delivered through An Post. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. You can find the tracking information for your order by clicking “Track” in the Tracking Information section of the email you receive.

Returns & Refunds

 

I really hope you love my new products just as much as I do. When choosing it I was very specific about what I did and didn’t want for myself and for all my followers.

 

If you are for some reason not 100% satisfied with your purchase, there is the option of returning the product. Should you wish to return my product it MUST be in the original packaging completely intact with the cellophane cover remaining sealed over the packaging.

 

Should the above be adhered to, a full refund is available for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

If my products arrived to you in any way damaged or faulty we will be more than happy to do a full exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are not covered by the company.

The items remain your responsibility until we receive them.

 

Refunds in general can take up to 14 working days to process. The refund will be made to the card used at point of sale. Management reserve the right to refund any transaction that they feel may have been processed fraudulently through the system. These can include, but are not limited to, hacking or external interferences.
