October, 2026

Hi Girls,
How is it October already? One minute we were squeezing the last bit out of Summer, and now the mornings are darker, the coats are back out and dare I say it, Christmas is quietly creeping onto the calendar. Before we get too carried away with Christmas, there’s the mid-term break to enjoy. I think mid-terms are from Monday the 26th for the week and the 26th is actually Bank Holiday Monday. Roll on a nice short week, it will be just what the Dr. ordered. When Daragh was small I used to try and take my breaks around the holiday time to get to spend more time with him. He’s back in College now. How time flies by and as you know the 3rd levels don’t get that break. Mind you they get a mighty long Summer so they can’t complain. I actually think he likes having some structure back and he loves College. The house is quiet again now though. And don’t forget: the clocks go back by one hour on Sunday, 25 October 2026. The extra hour in bed sounds lovely, even if it also means the evenings suddenly become much darker. I do love the fire though and the cosy nights in. I need to focus on the positives, right? October is a super busy month for me now. These last three months are the lead into dare I say… Christmas. Would you believe I have my tree going up in three weeks’ time. The brands I work with will start launching gift sets and people genuinely begin buying for the festive season in October. I would love to be that organised but that’s just not me although every year I say I will be. Here’s hoping this year I might get ahead.

I do have a nice little treat for you this morning though. We have lots of new items landing over the next few weeks in fashion. Chris and I had a lovely few days in September in Barcelona. It was a brief visit, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. As most of you know we visit regularly and it is one of my favourite cities. It helps that Chris’ brother lives over there which makes it great. He takes us to all the local spots and we always have great fun. I walked miles, which was probably a good thing since I ate loads and might have had a margarita or two over the few days as well. It’s all about balance girls. You gotta be able to enjoy life too. It can’t be all work and no play lol.

Lisa & Co. Fashion had a super busy month in September. We launched our Rugby shirts, Chiffon Tops in Black and the Walking Jackets. Girls, they all flew out the door. I couldn’t believe how quickly they sold, and I had ordered plenty of stock! My pre-order taupe belt also dispatched and went down a treat. The reversible jeans belt also went on pre-order and literally flew. I had lots of emails from followers saying they missed it but fear not; I did order some extras and they will arrive in November. The pre-order Tan shoulder bag which I now call my 9 minute bag landed also and the feedback has been unreal. I will have the black colour dropping in November. I wonder if it will go faster than the 9 minutes, lol. I think it just might…

This coming month I have the Magenta Quarter Zip landing first. I think it will be mid October. Judging by the reaction on stories I do not expect them to last very long. They are a firm favourite and always have been. We produced them in White and Petrol blue two years ago and the number of followers asking me to do them again was huge. I genuinely don’t think I have ordered enough. I will also have the classic trousers in the camel and navy landing soon. They are the exact navy and camel colors of my blazers. The flat fronted trousers are also hugely popular and they can easily be dressed up or worn more casually. I will keep you posted on dates as the month progresses. Lots more is coming in November but I won’t say too much and drive you all mad. I am excited about what’s to land though girls. Exciting times in fashion and wait until I tell you about Cosmetics.

September… what a month in the cosmetics world! I’ll start with a few September highlights… Our Gradual Tan came back in stock and has been flying ever since. A big thank you so much for all your amazing feedback. So many of you are loving being able to pick it up in your local pharmacy too. We’ve also started rolling out our Lisa & Co. countertop displays in pharmacies nationwide, so keep an eye out for us in your local spot. You can check our growing list of pharmacy stockists here. Our Everyday Brow Fixers absolutely flew out the door, and we’re already sold out of a few shades! And lastly… WOW! You’ve blown me away once again with the response to our brand-new Overnight Recovery Complex Oil. We’ve been inundated since the pre-order launched yesterday. I know you’re going to love it because it really has changed my own skin for the better. And now October is here… and things are REALLY starting to ramp up!  We’re getting ready for our big Christmas photoshoot at the end of the month, with lots of gorgeous gifts planned and so much happening behind the scenes. I genuinely cannot believe I’ll be putting the Christmas tree up this early  – all in the name of the Christmas shoot! It feels slightly mad decorating for Christmas in October, but once everything starts coming together, I know the excitement will really kick in. That is about all my news for now. As I said, girls, buckle up as we have lots of exciting promotions, and sure we will have fun along the way as always. I will be in Bantry on Saturday October 17th. Rachel from Murphys, one of my very first brands that I worked with is moving to new premises and is also starting to stock clothing. I was thrilled and honoured that Rachel asked me to open the shop for her. One thing that will be guaranteed in Bantry is the craic. Hopefully I might see some of you there.
