Hello April

Hi Girls,

I hope all is well today and Happy April. The clocks have moved forward and I cannot tell you how much I love it when this happens. It just gives me a lift to be able to go for a walk in the evening and not feel that it is permanently dark. Easter is so late this year as well. Easter Sunday is April 20^th, really late actually. I like that break around Easter time. We take the four days off and are just going to chill out at home. I know lots of you will have the kids home from school shortly on the two week holiday. Lots of you are going away to the sun, I know as you are sending me messages. It is the start now of the trips and hopefully we will see a bit of sun here as well. I had a lovely trip to Spiddal last week. I hosted an event in Standun, What a shop that is. We had a huge crowd of Ladies attend. It was super to meet so many followers on the night and as always brilliant to co-host with my great friend Mandy Maher. We always have the best night. Huge thank you to Standun for the invite and hopefully I will be back to you next year again.

My Raffia bags are back in stock just in time for the Easter Sun Holidays. Thankfully I am a little earlier with the restock this year. They really are a very staple holiday accessory and not only do they look fabulous but they are also hugely functional and fit all the necessary holiday bits and pieces. I am so excited, It is really starting to happen in the house. It looks like we will move in at the end of May and I just cannot wait. As I write today they have started fitting the Kitchen. I know I have told you before that I am so excited about the Kitchen area. Let’s be honest, it is where we spend most of our time in the house and I know we are all the same.  I will share the images with you as we progress. I know lots of you love interiors and it is great to be able to share the progress with you. It is all the finishing touches now, the stuff that I really love because I can see it all coming together. It has taken us a long time to get to this point but it will be worth the wait. Linda is already planning the house warming lol… God knows what she will do but I am sure fun will be had. As I said, I will have lots to share with you now in the next few weeks.

The website is hugely busy this month and I am completely booked out. Some super brands this month and lots of different products and companies. I am so lucky to work with the brands month after month year after year and especially as the majority are Irish it makes it even better. Well the leggings, what can I say. I knew they were excellent and I spent so long getting them right. The preorder closes tonight and I do think it was the correct thing to do. At least this way I know exactly what to order and our numbers are bang on. I was so thrilled with the feedback on them and sure I live in them myself and have done for a number of years. I also had a huge demand for the puffer gilets. I opened a preorder on them last Friday and it closes tomorrow also. I am out in Dunboyne Castle today on a shoot. I am usually up the walls before a shoot but this one is a little more relaxed as it is just me and my usual team. The next new launch will be later in the month and I will keep you updated on this Girls. We have lots to get through as so many launches are coming over the next few months but the pieces are fabulous. We have jumpers, trench coats, bomber jackets, brown belts and trousers to name but a few. I have you covered girls for Summer fashion, that I can promise. March flew by in a flash for Lisa and Co Cosmetics, but wow, what a month! We had some incredible wins at the Universal Beauty Awards, with our hero product Skin Luxe taking home Gold in the Best Face Makeup Category! And that’s not all — Everyday Eyes, Lip Luxe Oils Trio, Fake It Til You Make It Mascara, and our Blender Sponge Duo all scooped up awards in their categories too! To say I’m delighted is an understatement. We’re just over a year old, and having our products so well-loved and recognised by you means the absolute world to me. On top of that, we’ve also added 8 new Dunnes Stores locations, and you’re absolutely loving it! For those of you who’ve been patiently waiting, I’ve got exciting news! Our Brush and Sponge Soap will be back in stock mid-April. So many of you are on the waitlist, and I know it can’t come soon enough. Behind the scenes, it’s all go as we prepare for some amazing new product launches in May and June. From product imagery to video and photo shoots, and I can’t wait to share it all with you. Thank you for your continued love and support. It truly means everything.

I am delighted to let you know that I was also shortlisted for the Image PwC Businesswoman of the Year 2025. The event is on Friday April 25th in The Clayton Hotel Burlington Road. It is always a great night out and lovely to catch up with colleagues in the Industry. I am in the Entrepreneur of the Year category. Honestly, the Women in this particular category are so hugely successful. I am not actually sure how I was included with all these powerhouses but I am thrilled to be in with such industry leaders and am hugely grateful to both Image and PwC for including me. I need to get my dress sorted now as it is a dressy night. I am also attending the Platinum VIP Style Awards 2025 tomorrow. I received a lovely invite so myself and the girls will head up to this. Big thank you to Tara for the lovely invite. I will keep you posted on how it all goes. I think I found a dress for it this morning.
