Happy June. Summer has well and truly landed. I hope you all had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend and got some time to relax and unwind. What a week of sunshine we had! I always think June is the real start of Summer. Secondary schools have finished, college students are all out and in a few weeks, primary schools will close. The rigid schedule makes life a little easier but harder on those with small children who have to go to work. I remember the juggle all too well.

I am just home after having a lovely week away with Daragh. He finished his exams last week so we booked this week away. Those of you who know me well know that we try to go away twice a year together. At Christmas and then again in the Summer for a week. For so many years it was just the two of us so it is really lovely to still have that connection and especially that he still wants to come on holiday with me. He planned so much over the week. Activities that I would never dream of booking. Some of it was outside my comfort zone but we had the best of fun. We both love activity and there was plenty of it. We had great fun together.

May was one busy month in the Lisa & Co. world. Cosmetics and Fashion were super busy. I couldn’t be happier. Our leggings landed and are dispatching from today girls. We actually got a few extra pairs so I am popping them up online this morning. They are the full length in the black colour only. I am limited on sizing but pop in and take a look. The raincoats literally flew out the door as did the Tencel trousers. We will start to dispatch the raincoats this week. I have a few size 6 & 8’s remaining in the Navy and Red Colourways girls – SHOP NOW! The striped shirts were also a huge hit. The Summer beach dresses and the midi embroidered dress will also land this month and make their way to their new homes lol. We also put through all our Autumn/Winter stock and I am so excited by it all. We have the fabulous herringbone coats and the houndstooth blazer arriving, to name but a few. I actually think that this is the most organised we have ever been regarding future orders and stocking inventory with time to spare. Fingers crossed that it all goes smoothly. It never ever goes to plan. I learned that over the past five years and I have also learned to try and stay calm and realise that I cannot control the uncontrollable. It’s taken me a long time to grasp this, but I’m making progress which is good. I try to celebrate the wins and I am lucky to have had quite a few.

It is Father’s Day this month and I’m delighted to let you know that the Black for him gift sets—which include the fabulous keepsake box, black aftershave, black body wash, aftershave balm and black shower puff—will be on sale in a few days. It’s a really gorgeous gift and with many aftershave fans, I know it will be well-received. Chris has been working away behind the scenes on L’ANDCO. We are not far off launching our next product and just in time for Father day. The L’ANDCO Polo launches June 10th girls. Chris couldn’t find a polo that dressed up properly, so decided to make one with a premium look — without the premium price. He wanted to create a polo that didn’t really exist, something sharper than the usual overly casual styles, but still easy to wear day to day and also smart enough in the office or out to dinner. He wanted a more structured collar and a sharper looking fit. A polo that still looks smart with shorts, elevating your holiday or off‑duty look as easily as it does a more dressed‑up outfit. We are certainly almost there, keep an eye on stories for updates on this launch!

My tan shoulder bags will launch this coming Friday June 5th. I am very excited about this bag. It is an all-rounder bag. It is super stylish yet practical. I’ve carried it everywhere with me for over a year now. I am delighted that I included the bag charm on it. They are really trending. I first saw them two years ago in Boston. I always say once they launch in the States, it’s not long before they land here. They will retail at €220 girls, amazing value for a 100% Napa Leather Bag. I know you are going to just love them. My chalk clutch bag will also launch this month. The ideal Summer accessory. That chalk-coloured bag will take you right through the entire Summer for outings. The colour complements every outfit. It will be the only bag you will need for social events. My gym tops will also arrive this month. Lots of you are waiting for them. They will come in plain black and in the camouflage colour.  I can confidently say they are the best gym tops ever and I have gone through a few over the years. My classic sunglasses will also restock this month. I will have them back in black, navy and brown. Many of you are asking for them again. It is a small restock so I would imagine they will go quite quickly. They are the best glasses and a firm favorite with the followers. The short stripe cool touch pyjama sets will arrive in early July. My favourite design to date. I know lots of you wear them all year round, especially women my age for the obvious reasons. The rugby shirts will also launch in July. As I said, it’s all go…

What a whirlwind May was for Cosmetics. We had our sell out Summer set. So many of you are asking for another and we’re doing our best so I’ll keep you posted. You all love your new Dubai and Las Vegas glosses. They really add such a beautiful finish to your lips. I’ve been reaching for all the easy, skin loving staples lately. Right now I’ve been obsessed with our UV Primer SPF 50, Skin Luxe and Soft Focus Concealer. Together they create the healthy, radiant base while keeping skin feeling protected but still lightweight for these warm days. June is shaping up to be such an exciting month behind the scenes too, as we’re in full prep mode for the launch of my brand new Gradual Tan. I honestly cannot wait for you all to try it. I know how it feels as a parent and how anxious the whole house is. Once they start they will find their mojo and it’s just day by day then. The world is their oyster and everything works out. As I always say, “What’s for you won’t pass you.”
