March is here!

Well March has landed hip hip hurrah. That’s the dark evenings behind us now girls and we really can spring into spring time. I wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for all the lovely messages of support during my drama with Murph this week. I love him so much and he is like a child to me. A big one at that but still my baby. Thankfully it all worked out and the socks reappeared and surgery wasn’t needed. I literally didn’t sleep a wink worrying. He is here now not a bother on him flying around and meanwhile I am totally wrecked. Big shout out to Janet, the best Vet ever. I know Janet a long long time now and she is just amazing, I cannot thank her enough.

March has St. Patrick’s weekend, and Easter is early this year as well so we have a few Bank Holidays in March girls. St. Patricks falls great this year with us getting the long weekend on Monday which is brilliant. 

Firstly girls, a huge huge thank you to all of you who purchased the brushes. To say I am overwhelmed is an understatement. I knew they would be a success but I did not see this coming. I am so grateful and overwhelmed by the response to the brushes. It was a whole new arena for me so I wasn’t 100% sure as to how it would all go. Yet again your support never fails to surprise me and as I always say it is support that I will never take for granted. Without all of you none of this would be possible. I also have lots coming towards the end of the month in clothing. I will have the cobalt blue walking jackets. I am getting inundated with messages on these jackets. The colour is so vibrant and looks great with sportswear and with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. My Camel and navy blazers I will also have an update for you all towards the middle of the month on these. We have a shoot planned very soon to allow us to prep the website well in advance. Mary Lee and myself will be back in action. You all know how much I dread the shoots but Mary always makes me feel very calm on those days. She is a real pro and we have become great friends which makes it even better. I just have to remind myself that it is a fun day out celebrating the products coming to life. We will also have a restock of the plain blue and white shirts coming towards the end of the month girls. A lot of you were asking about the shirts. They really are a great staple piece and will look fab under the new Spring blazers. In April I will have lots more news for you on products landing. The year really does start to fly once you get past February I always feel.

The house is flying up girls. The house ceiling slabs should be going in next week and hoping for roof level in April. The aim is to be in for Christmas this year so fingers crossed that this happens. I am supposedly on hosting duties with my brother and his family coming home from the States so it better happen. It is amazing though once the internal work and basement was completed how quickly it goes up from the outside. Fingers crossed the weather remains mild and that the builders can progress. I have had the site for almost two years now, can you believe it? It will be over two and a half years from start to finish. All good things come to those who wait, at least that is what they say. I will keep you all updated on progress.

It is a super busy month on the website this month girls with all my favourites here and a few new brands. We have lots of Mother’s Day gift ideas to share with you in the next few weeks. Keep an eye on stories and all the chats over the month.
