Another November

Beethoven was a huge part of my life, a constant companion to me for eleven years. My sidekick and partner in crime. I do take solace in the fact that we all did everything we could for him and it was one of the hardest decisions that I have ever had to make. I would like to say a huge thanks to Janet & Rita in Tullamore Veterinary. The kindness and care they have shown to Beethoven and myself was unbelievable and I will be forever grateful. I would also like to say a huge thanks for all the beautiful messages of support you all sent to me. Although I could not answer them all as there were literally thousands I did read them and am so grateful. Time heals all wounds and hopefully it will get a little easier.

Daragh is 19 this month which I also can’t believe. He has settled into College life really well thankfully and we have a nice routine going now and he’s as happy as Larry and sure look that’s all that matters. He seems to be really enjoying the course so again that’s great. Like you don’t know what way it will go really but I’m just delighted that he is enjoying it. We won’t feel it now before the Christmas break. I can’t believe I am actually writing Christmas..

I think this year we might be doing a trip to America for the Christmas holiday. With the borders opening it looks like we can travel again. My brother Peter lives an hour outside Boston in Portsmouth and he obviously hasn’t been able to get home and is missing family. Mam & Dad are mad keen to get over to see Peter, his wife and the grandchildren. I was nervous to book up till now because I just didn’t know what way it would be with Beethoven. I just couldn’t have left him as you know.. Christmas over there would be just amazing and a great family trip for us all. I will keep you posted on progress but I think we should go and Daragh seems keen as well.

It’s been so busy for myself and the girls in the office these past few weeks. I am so happy though to have the shows back on the road. I love meeting up with you all and having chats and banter. I really missed them and I am so delighted to have them back. I just find it keeps me more in touch with you all. The Trim Christmas show literally just flew out the door. It was sold out in two minutes. I am planning all the 2022 dates and will have them out before Christmas girls. The goodie bags are insane…..

The sweatshirts are making their way over to me and I hope to have them on sale later this month. I am obsessed, like totally obsessed. It took me a long long time to get them right but I have to say they are just beautiful. They are cosy, comfy and super stylish. You can go for a casual look with them or dress them up a little more. I love the packaging and this also held me up because I wanted a stylish Christmas wrap on them . Hopefully lots of you will have them under the tree on Christmas morning. I will keep you posted on progress throughout the month. Some size’s still available in the loungewear. I am nominated for a hayu Stellar Insta star awards.  I am in the Fashion Instastar over 100k. The event takes place in The Alex on November 6th. Welcome back Pamela Scott as my feature store for November. Firstly a huge congrats to Richard and the team. They have just opened a brand new store in Castletroy in Limerick. It’s just great to see them re-opening again. Wishing you all the luck in the world with it. November is such a busy month for us all, it’s literally non stop. I am delighted to have Richard & Louise from Pamela Scott back as my feature. It’s been a while now and the guys have not disappointed with some amazing looks on the site this month. I can feel the Christmas cheer and sparkle starting girls. Can’t believe I have actually used the Christmas word bit it’s full steam ahead now that’s for sure. Born are with me once again for November girls and I am delighted to be working with Joan and the team. We had an amazing month in October with Born and you all went mad for the dresses and gilets. The looks and the pricing are second to none. I genuinely do not know how Joan manages to produce such high end looks month after month. It really is testament to her and her team in head office. I have some fab pieces to show you again in November girls. Watch this space. Joan is also opening stores around the Country with Athlone the most recent.

I think Rachel is just about recovering after October down there in Bantry. Girl’s you went crazy for the three looks that I showed you from Murphys last month. Well, guess what? She is not disappointing this month again. She really has such a collection in store and is constantly building on her looks and stocks. I have worked with Rachel since we started the site and every month she brings her A game to the website. Hope you love the November looks as much as I do. No doubt we will be having the chats throughout the month Rach.

Another store who never fail to produce the goods O’Dwyers. Poor Mark I think I drive him mad though. Sorry Mark lol….My problem this month was literally picking the pieces to show you. He has such a great collection of shoes and bags on the site. It really is great to be able to work with such strong independent Irish companies. It really is girls. We have such amazing Irish businesses and I am so delighted that I am able to work and promote them all to you girls.
