When most of us think of bacteria, we consider it a bad thing, but we have a lot more ‘good’ bacteria than ‘bad’ bacteria in our body. The delicate balance between the good and bad bacteria can be disrupted by stress, diet, and medication such as antibiotics and painkiller.
One of the easiest ways to replace the good bacteria is by taking a good quality probiotic supplement daily.
Alflorex
Alflorex is a great option if you suffer from bloating, abdominal pain, gas, or diarrhoea. It contains the unique 35624 culture. This is a naturally occurring culture that is part of the Bifidobacteria family of bacteria that is given by the mother to baby at birth. It does not need to be refrigerated, so handy to pop in your bag. It can be taken with or without food at any time of day and if there is an issue with swallowing the capsule it can be opened and sprinkled over food or mixed with fluid.
